Students working extremely hard the first week of school already! Mathematical Treasure Hunts force students to move from their seats and around the room looking for the answer to questions that lead them to another question, and another, and another!

Double rainbows!

Dreams do come true...

Collaborating! Students working together to find the correct pair of numbers (factors) to change a trinomial into a pair of binomials. Students were also working on expanding a binomial pairing (using FOIL and "box" or "tic-tac-toe" methods)

Already??? Everytime the students catch the teacher (me) make a mistake on the board before I catch myself, (mathematical mistakes only) that period gets a point. The points are totalled at the end of each semester and the period with the highest point total gets lunch!
